Complete new roof installation for homes, commercial buildings, churches, schools, hospitals and factories — engineered to outlast the building it protects.
We handle the full installation — from structural design and material sourcing to the final ridge cap — so your roof performs flawlessly through Nigeria's heavy rains and harsh sun.
A new roof is one of the biggest investments a building owner makes, and the difference between a roof that lasts 30 years and one that leaks in its third rainy season is almost always the quality of the installation. At Emmytech Roofing, every installation is supervised by a COREN-certified engineer and executed by trained craftsmen who treat your roof as a structural system, not just a covering.
We follow a disciplined, five-stage method on every project. It begins with a free on-site assessment where our engineer measures the roof, evaluates the wall plate and ring beam, and confirms the load the structure can carry. We then prepare a detailed structural design and an itemised written quotation so you know exactly what you are paying for before any material is bought.
On site, we set out the timber wall plates and either fabricate a treated-timber truss frame or install steel purlins, depending on the span and design. Roofing felt or insulation is laid, the sheets or tiles are fixed with the manufacturer's recommended fasteners and overlaps, and we finish with ridge caps, flashing, fascia, guttering and downpipes. Finally, the roof is inspected against a quality checklist and handed over with photographs and your 10-year workmanship warranty.
Not sure which material suits your building and budget? During the free assessment we recommend the best option for your design, location and climate exposure. We also carry out full roof replacements on aged or storm-damaged roofs using these same materials and our standard warranty.
