Keep water exactly where it belongs — outside. Advanced waterproofing for roofs, terraces, basements and foundations, formulated for Nigeria's heavy rains and intense sun.
Damp walls, peeling paint, a leaking terrace or a flooded basement all share one cause — water finding a way in. We seal it out with the right system for each surface.
In Nigeria's climate, waterproofing is not optional — months of heavy rain followed by intense heat put enormous stress on flat roofs, terraces and below-ground structures. The right waterproofing system stops leaks, prevents reinforcement corrosion, protects finishes and adds years to the life of the building. The wrong one peels, cracks and fails within a season. Choosing and applying the correct system is exactly where our experience pays off.
Good waterproofing is 80% preparation. We begin by assessing the surface and identifying the source and path of any existing water ingress. The substrate is then thoroughly cleaned, repaired and primed — cracks are routed and filled, and the surface is made sound, because no membrane bonds well to a dirty or crumbling base.
We then select the system suited to the surface: torch-applied bituminous membrane for flat roofs, liquid polyurethane for terraces and complex details, cementitious or crystalline treatments for water tanks and basements, and EPDM for large flat areas. The product is applied in the correct number of coats or layers at the right thickness, with extra reinforcement at upstands, drains and expansion joints, then flood-tested before we hand it over with a guarantee.
We inspect the surface before recommending a system.
